Just a touch... an embrace... a warmth feeling being developed... I guess it's more than sufficient to satisfy.
Haha, well randomly blogging after watching Korean movies... romantic all of a sudden? Nah, it isn't me, she knows it.
Well, it's been a draggy first 2 days of the week. I guess not many people like Mondays and Tuesdays, as the days goes slow and boring. However, from Wednesdays onwards... weekends seems to be nearer and people will be looking forward to it again.
Observations from people:
As one grows older, there should be a balance of child-likeness as well as mature thinking. Don't get me wrong, a primary school kid can be mature in thinking too, at times... but kids being kids are meant to be childish or child-like or else they would be miss out on their childhood.
At times, in life, people are being force to grow up faster as compared to others...This is especially so when a person experiences a life-changing event. Every event occurred for a purpose to discover yourself. Take for an example, during Patrol Leaders Training Camp. Boys and Girls are being trained to be leaders to their younger brothers and sisters. They are being trained or 'forced' to take up responsibility to uphold their role as bigger brothers and sisters to guide and educate the younger ones.
Many would think that with appointment comes power and authority. True in some sense, but like what Peter Parker's Uncle said: "With power comes responsibility..." The greater the power, the heavier the responsibility. Look at this, the president of each country may seem to be enjoying life... but they are not prince or princess awaiting to be served. They are there to serve the country and its people.
Similarly, as you grow older, you will be serving for the next generation and the next one as well... Talk about servant leadership... what is it about?
A leader steps up to control yet allow free-play (not floor-play). If a member in this team does something wrong, he or she never hesitate to correct that person so as to allow him or her to grow even further... restricting the member only results in restrict his or her growth.
Group think... a common problem in many groups or buddies... even if one does wrong, the others, despite knowing it, agrees with the wrong-doer and continue to pretend to live happily ever after. Well, at times, each group does need a devil's advocate. It may not be the same person, however someone who wakes up every one's idea and start to think of solutions that would benefit everyone. At times, we do want to keep that harmonious relationship together, but on the expense of your guilty conscience? What's your take?
Well enough of such daggy talks... some messages for people:
"N" Level students: "It's time to rock and roll and do things that you want... live your dreams.. the exams are over!!"
"O" Level students: "It's time to work hard and shine through the exams... whatever that doesn't kill you, just makes you stronger! However, do your best and be proud of yourself!"
"A" Level students: "Well, poly life is better... haha just kidding! Jia You and shine like a star!"
Kiddies: "Despite that each of you are from different units and culture... you are the next generation of leaders that will be keeping up the tradition of 'family' in Tampines District... Jia You and always try to keep in touch!"
PLTC Team 08: "Well Done so far... keep up with the communication and team bonding. Nothing beats having fun through the process of working together! Since we expect the boys and girls to have fun, shouldn't you guys have fun too?"
Marlinne: "Thank you"
Mei Mei: "Just a few more months and it's another turning point in your life... what do you plan to achieve in life? What is your dream?"
