Well, it's going to be Monday blues again in a couple of minutes... Yawn!!
It was one hell of a week ever since the kick-off of the financial turmoil happening around the World. Be it a crisis or a temporary passover... it sure did shook the entire World. I guess the World is being driven by money. That's what some people say, "Money makes the World goes round."
Some people do things voluntarily, as they find joy from there. Others do things for the sake of fame, money or status, as they find excitement and satisfaction from there. There was one wise man saying this before, "The richest man can be poor in his heart, however the poorest man can be rich in his hear." Well, what does it mean?
I guess, without finding your purpose and happiness in life, you'll just be a poor man in your heart. A man without any riches that could fill your heart to be happy. Does money really makes you feel happy? Yeah, it does temporarily. But how long can it last?
Things change, people change. I could say, if you ask anyone about scouts these days, they would think it as an insignificant CCA that brings in no money nor enjoyment. However, truly, I can say that scouting is the only CCA that will lead you the right way and to find your destiny in life, provided with the proper guidance and the mixture of the person's learning attitude.
As Marlinne was writing in her blog about looking back at God. I guess she was right... sometimes people just do take advantage of God and only seek him while they are in need. I'm like that too, as I'm just a mere human. Jesus said, come you heavily laden people... I guess burdening yourself too much isn't what God wants you to be.
How to live your life to the maximum or what others would say to invest in your life meaningfully? I had this ambition when I was young... to live a life that when I die, I will be remembered by people for generations after generations. However, as time goes by... I guess that ambition remained except for a twist whereby I will be remembered by people in their hearts for the things that I did to benefit them in their lives.
Do you want to live your life doing so many things but accomplishing nothing in the end... or doing things that allow you to accomplish something in your life that you can be proud of?
